Today, October 21, 2020, after a walk on the beach at 11.15 a.m., we wanted to have a drink in the empty restaurant (from the outside only an occupied table could be seen, the covered patio was completely empty). Very determined and reserved, unfriendly, we were turned away by a younger waitress, they were busy at lunchtime. You can't just order drinks. I have never experienced such a form of compulsory gastronomy in Kühlungsborn.

Times would have preferred to be closed. The staff especially the old unfriendly woman tried with all their might to look past the guests. If you do manage to order something then it will be forgotten. The canned potato salad was covered with parsley. But the bratwurst was warm. Thanks never again

We were there a year ago because it was so that the waitress was very unmotivated at the time. Today we wanted to go again because the food was very good. We waited outside as it was expected, but two waitresses ignored us, until a waitress asked what we wanted ... We were looking for a table for 4 with a dog in the outdoor area. The waitress just said no, turned and just left. Then I called after her that we wanted a table outside. She didn't respond to it. A woman interfered and asked for a table for two. Then I was completely ignored and we continued to talk to the lady. Unfortunately, you have to give a star, I have never experienced such outrageous behavior in any restaurant and I will definitely not recommend this restaurant! For me 0 stars and absolutely bad service!

Last year we ate there very tasty, Unfortunately we didn't get any food today. A family in front of us asked for a table for 4 people, the service staff was quite unfriendly, but the family was able to let you in. It took a long time (between 5 and 10 minutes) until another service employee briefly paid us their attention. This too had an extremely unfriendly tone. We were then not allowed to stay to eat because we had our dog with us, and we would even have stayed outside. Our dog is very nice and would have been happy just to lie down there with us ... then we moved on with our dog and two children ... it doesn't seem as if they were interested in making money. The unfriendly tone was really a shame!

A major shortcoming from 6:00 p.m. is only possible with a reservation, which means I have to commit myself to time on vacation. The food selection is good, but the quality is not outstanding. The staff is partly friendly when you next think you are not really welcome.

That excellent. Great attention is paid to hygiene. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were there this afternoon and wanted to eat fish. As it should be, we disinfected our hands at the entrance and put on our protective masks. There were 5 tables free in the restaurant and we approached one. Then it started. Some crazy fury yelled at us that we couldn't just go into the bar without your express permission. Then she put one on top and yelled at all the guests present that she found this irresponsible and then still raging, she drew the comparison to Berlin, where all the restaurants would already be closed and if things continued like this, then it would come too to Kühlungsborn. Dear owner of this restaurant. It was with horror to read that this service monster regularly harasses your guests. Why don't you react to such advice and dispose of this woman from your beautiful restaurant? We left your restaurant in horror without distorting anything. I will continue to spread this review in the hope that you will act on it.

Very tasty food and friendly, fast service, big praise! However, you should plan a bit of waiting time without a reservation. Price-performance ratio reasonable. We will happily eat there again.

Very nice, friendly staff, fast service, delicious food at a justified price. Perfect compliance with the hygiene rules. Highly recommended, gladly again and again.

I was apparently sympathetic to her, I was allowed to sit down at a "reserved" table of four and was served without further ado. I was also able to observe, however, that in a somewhat harsh tone (Sergeant) she instructed other guests to disinfect their hands and put on a face mask. I can only praise the food, the fish and fried potatoes were delicious!

Very unfriendly ... hiss quickly and inquire at the guests if the 10 * 10 cm "You will be placed" sign, which is written too small, is overlooked or the mask is missing from the entrance to the table by one meter. That is why 4 couples simply left the restaurant when we were seated.

Cooked cod fillet and smoked eel fillet were excellent. Tables were disinfected beforehand. The service was very attentive and friendly. We are from Munich here in Kühlungsborn on a short vacation stay and would love to come back.

After about 10 minutes of waiting, we asked the condition, which had only ignored us before, whether it was possible to get some food today! In our presence, the “nice waitress” referred guests who had ordered to their tables, with a sharp undertone, disinfect their hands and put on face masks! But she completely ignored us and another couple, although we could not be overlooked! In this difficult time you can still be friendly to your guests and politely point out the hygiene measures! In addition, it is not too much to ask for a small smile and convey it in a reasonable tone that there are currently no places available.

Like supplicants ... the food was ok both times. Nothing special, but nothing to criticize either. What was different was the service. The first time, these two service staff were actually very quick and could have been friendlier. Today there were two other ladies on duty and a completely different kind of friendliness came to light. The sound definitely makes the music. So we can only say: you can go, but you won't miss anything if you don't.

We had the salad platter Seebrücke and the halibut steak. Unfortunately the frozen croquettes and the salad were too many canned ingredients. Taste was okay, but not outstanding either.

One star is still too much because the young waitress with a short hairstyle and glasses was very unfriendly. Just wanted to have a drink and reserve a table for the evening. We didn't get anything, only in connection with lunch. The restaurant doesn't see us again.
